Oh The Wonderful World of Short Sales

June 21st, 2008 by Realtor

Short Sales is one of the most popular terms in real estate today. What is a short sale? – It is the obtaining a property for a smaller amount than what is owed on it from the lender.

Internet Marketing ?Booby Trap? - The SICK truth about Internet Marketing

September 19th, 2007 by Realtor

I just wanted to write a quick post explaining the sick state that Internet marketing is in these days. People are getting ripped off left, right and center. People are failing at a higher rate then ever, and people are also spending more money with less return than they ever have online!

How do I know this? Well, I got all these juicy details from people like you! Every single day people are posting on forums who has just fallen into the Internet marketing “booby trap”.

This trap exists of someone buying a digital product (ebooks, software, etc.) online and then getting a phone call from the same company that sells the product. They will then go on to take your money, just like that and hand you over to training from one of their paid employees, who in fact has never made a dime on Internet marketing in their whole lives. So, your chances of success are less than 5%….

Now, neither is necessarily right or wrong, but I prefer to follow the latter strategy.

So how do you achieve multiple streams of income with PLR?

August 20th, 2007 by Realtor

I hope you’ve enjoyed the last 6 posts of content on PLR material, hopefully you will have walked away a little wiser, and smarter in what you need to look out for when joining a PLR membership site, as well as what you can do to use the material you get.

I’ve spoken about what is good, what is bad, and what you really need to watch out for, so today I thought it best to tell you about where you can actually GET decent PLR material from.
